Working with Cumbrian Schools, Cumbria EBP has a wealth of business contacts who work with us to inspire and motivate young people by providing work insights and placements to inform students about industry and career choices.

Why we do it

For the last two decades the Cumbria EBP Team has worked with thousands of local employers to provide young people with short and long term placements,  jobs, training and apprenticeship opportunities. We have a wealth of experience and business contacts across Cumbria and with over 18,000 companies in the County - together we can really achieve something and make a difference to the lives of many people.  We want to continue raising the aspirations of our young people and provide them with a wide range of opportunities to help them make an easy transition into the world of work.
